At Altec Lansing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange process.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
